Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Amber Moon Aromatherapy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Exclusions (Non-Returnable Items)
Please note that we cannot accept returns for the following:
Used or opened products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Bespoke blends.
Event tickets.
Oracle Readings.
Gift cards.
Items purchased as part of a final sale or marked as non-returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer service team at info@ambermoonaromatherapy.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send the product.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at info@ambermoonaromatherapy.com. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the item and will promptly send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Events Booking Policy
All ticket sales for our events are final. We cannot provide refunds or credit for future events, regardless of circumstances such as illness, travel issues, or other personal reasons. Please ensure you are able to attend before completing your purchase.
No Refunds: Once your ticket is purchased, no refunds will be issued.
No Date Deferrals: We cannot transfer your ticket to a future event date.
